Job summary

American Battery Solutions Inc. is seeking a HV Process Technician to hands-on assemble, debug, verify, and maintain manufacturing process equipment.

You will monitor materials, clear line stoppages, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams in a safe, productive environment. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics, experience with PLCs/VFDs, and ISO 9001 familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with high voltage/electrical components preferred.
• PLCs, VFDs and electrical control systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build products to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor dispensing of raw materials and perform line clearances.
• Maintain machine uptime and clear line stoppages.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, safety, or efficiency issues.
• Use HMIs to identify alarms and resume production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and TPM activities.
• Support continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Review documentation and procedures as needed.
• Data entry into Plex and other platforms.
• Assist in training manufacturing tasks and equipment use.
