Job summary

PHASOR USA LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technologist, PSE, or Engineer to join our field services team in the Denver, CO area on a full-time basis.

You will work on testing and commissioning of medium to high voltage protection and control schemes, read drawings, and mentor staff. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with relevant power systems knowledge.
• Experience in MV/HV protection and commissioning, including relay testing.
• Supervisory experience leading projects in substations or power generation.

Responsibilities

• Test and commission MV/HV protection and control schemes in utility, power-gen, and oil & gas sectors.
• Read drawings and troubleshoot technical issues, report progress.
• Lead and train staff to meet high performance standards.
• Prepare reports and commissioning startup procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
