Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HV/LV electrical operations including installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Manage project delivery to ensure on-time, within-budget performance.
• Support commercial activities including estimation, tender preparation, and bid submissions.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE standards and procedures.
• Provide leadership and development to operational teams.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation and budgeting.
• Develop and implement best-practice processes and procedures.
• Utilize modern systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Drive strong safety culture and regulatory adherence.
