Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in high voltage battery design for automotive or aerospace.
• Solid background in CAD, tolerance stack analysis, and 2D drafting with GD&T.
• Experience developing parts with various manufacturing processes in prototype and mass production settings.

Responsibilities

• Design high voltage battery pack components from start to finish across multiple aircraft programs.
• Collaborate with CAE engineers, quality, testing, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure success of designs.
• Provide hands-on prototyping, build, and root cause support throughout the design cycle.
