What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product managers to understand and translate product vision and strategy into actionable tasks
- Manage the Enhancement Request backlog, classifying and prioritizing items for future releases
- Break down product management features into user stories and write comprehensive acceptance criteria
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, representing stakeholder needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. work authorization is required
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar product lifecycle management tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solution requirements to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with research administration solutions and knowledge of key concepts within the Software Development Life Cycle
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Product Owner Certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and defining requirements for API integrations
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S.
