Base pay range

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as our first product hire. In this foundational role, you’ll help shape the way we build, launch, and improve our product—working closely with leadership to drive real impact for our growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise & Internal Enablement: Become the go-to product expert - You will know how to use the product better then anyone else and support cross-functional teams with that expertise.
• Launch Planning & Customer Communication: Own product release cycles end-to-end. Partner with go-to-market teams to craft messaging, coordinate launches, and communicate upcoming features to customers with clarity and impact.
• Requirements & Feature Validation: Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable product requirements. Ensure quality by validating functionality, usability, and readiness before release.
• Roadmap Prioritization & Insight-Driven Planning: Monitor usage data and customer feedback to uncover trends, surface opportunities, and influence prioritization.
• Strategic Partner to Leadership: Work closely with the CTO and executive team to align product direction with company goals and long-term vision.
• Report directly to the CTO

• Strong product intuition (taste) and a high bar for quality and user experience
• Exceptionally organized and a clear, effective communicator
• Technically literate and comfortable analyzing data or diving into tools
• Confident writing customer-facing content, from release notes to guides
• Comfortable working across teams, including engineering, design, and support
• Naturally curious, empathetic, and eager to understand user needs
• Ambitious and motivated to grow into a broader product leadership role
