Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Warren, Ohio is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms. You will greet customers, explain products, and assist with buying decisions at the gun counter non-Firearms area.

Maintain product knowledge, stock shelves, support seasonal moves, and uphold store policies while delivering a legendary shopping experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Maintain merchandise organization and pricing at the gun counter non-firearms.
• Keep work area clean, neatly stocked, and in compliance with policies.
