Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms) at our location. You will provide customer service, assist buyers, and manage merchandise at the front counter with a focus on friendly, expert assistance.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, merchandising, and adherence to store policies. Candidates with 0–2 years in retail and 18+ years old are welcomed; a High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and help customers make buying decisions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Maintain merchandise on shelves and at the gun counter non-firearms.
• Replenish stock and ensure pricing and signage accuracy.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales and promotions.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and store cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
