The role requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years in retail. You will maintain merchandise, stay knowledgeable on promotions, and assist with seasonal floor moves while upholding Bass Pro's legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales for hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• GCA ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.
• No firearms handling required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify needs and make product recommendations.
• Maintain and organize merchandise at the hunting/archery counter.
• Promote programs and store pickup promotions.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
