Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms). The role focuses on greeting customers, assessing needs, and guiding purchases while keeping shelves stocked and properly signed.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, merchandising, and upholding store policies. The position emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service in a retail environment at the Hazelwood location.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales of hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• Ability to identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Maintains product knowledge and signage, assists with merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and promote programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pickup).
• Demonstrate products when needed and provide information and direction to customers.
• Organize, stock and replenish merchandise at the gun counter non-firearms area.
• Maintain pricing, signing, and knowledge of advertised sales.
