Holly Springs Parks & Recreation is seeking an experienced Hunt Center Manager to lead the daily operations of the Hunt Recreation Center and its programs, events and services. This role sits on the department leadership team and reports to the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, with typical business hours and occasional nights and weekends.

The position starts at $79,322.62 annually (grade M) and includes a generous PTO and benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in recreation administration, public administration or related field.
• Five (5) years professional work experience in parks, recreation, athletics, facility management or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of directly related supervisory experience.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Manages the daily operations of the Hunt Recreation Center.
• Leads Hunt Center division programs, activities and events (Out of School CARE, Fitness, Seniors, Teens, Accessible and Inclusive Recreation, and Special Interests).
• Provides leadership and support for Hunt Center employees; fosters a strong work culture and cohesive operations.
• Oversees maintenance and operation of the Hunt Fitness Center.
• Leads staff to balance programming, events, projects and rental priorities.
• Oversees customer service operations at the facility and front desk.
• Communicates facility needs with Public Facilities Maintenance to stay safe and operational.
• Develops, implements and monitors annual operational and capital budgets for the Hunt Center.
