Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with four years of HUMINT Collection Manager experience or equivalent
• Experience with HUMINT automated systems
• Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines pertaining to HUMINT reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing research and coordination for projects
• Experience in instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
• Knowledge of DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, and Departments of Treasury and State programs and products
• Specialized training or certification in HUMINT collection processes is a plus
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain CI polygraph

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic elements, and consumers to ensure HUMINT collection operations have focus and guidance
• Apply intelligence collection systems to inform collectors and consumers of developments and relevancy
• Collaborate across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps for optimized collection operations
• Work with collectors and all-source analysts to evaluate efficiency of multi-INT collection against requirements
• Execute collection plans and strategies to generate reliable intelligence for consumer needs
• Manage large data sets, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings
• Assist with developing methods to evaluate collection requirements using measures of effectiveness and performance
• Produce feedback and identify collection gaps and opportunities; assess options and refine collection methods
• Produce analyses identifying gaps in collection methods and model future scenarios
• Conduct and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs
