Job summary

Qualifications:

• NJ Social Studies Teacher Certification
• OR NJ Elementary Certification with Middle School Subject matter Specialization: Social Studies in Grades 5 - 8

• Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal
• Salary: $60,653 - $115,891 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included
• All alternate route candidates ("Certificate of Eligibility) must show completion of 50 hours of pre-service training through a DOE approved CE educator program prior to being interviewed for a position. The certificate of completion must be uploaded into the AppliTrack portal in order for alternate route candidates to be considered.
