Unity House in Troy, NY is seeking a dedicated professional to provide direct support to survivors of sex and labor trafficking. The role involves intensive case management, crisis support, and building strong community partnerships in a trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive manner.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus a NYS driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with survivors of domestic and sexual violence or similar populations preferred.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Full Time Hourly Troy, NY, US

Salary Range: $20.17 To $21.25 Hourly

This is a critical role where you woiuld provide direct support to survivors of sex and labor trafficking, often at the intersection of domestic and sexual violence. You'll connect clients to services, foster community relationships, and lead awareness initiatives—all with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.

• Experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence or similar populations preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting a plus
• Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
