This position supports the monitoring and evaluation of behavioral health managed care contracts across assigned counties. The work focuses on ensuring compliance, providing consultation, and reviewing information that guides key decisions. As a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will perform the following duties:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three days per week. You will be required to report to 1001 Sterigere Street, Norristown, for two days per week unless you are conducting business with a provider or business partner at their location. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Norristown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
