Your work will span both currently approved services—such as Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), Motivational Interviewing, and home visiting models—as well as emerging prevention services being developed for the future.
A major part of the role involves supporting community implementation of prevention initiatives, including models like the Family Success Network. Additionally, you will oversee federal grants, such as the Accelerator Grant, ensuring compliance, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting requirements are met. You will also serve as an agreement manager for designated projects, handling fiscal processes such as reviewing, processing, and tracking invoices and maintaining documentation of model changes and significant events affecting providers across the state.
