Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Worker for the Crisis Residential Support (CRS) Program in Provo, Utah. The role offers a wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and the chance to support individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges in a short-term stabilization setting.

You will provide supervision, facilitate activities, assist with crisis intervention, and document client progress while collaborating with therapists and staff.

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Human Service Worker with our Crisis Residential Support (CRS) Program in Provo, Utah! This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference for individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges. CRS is a short-term stabilization program that helps eligible clients avoid higher levels of care while remaining in a safe, community-based setting. Clients may stay for up to one week, receiving structure, support, and connections to ongoing services that can promote continued stability and long-term recovery.

Schedule: Sunday-Saturday (Days are Varied), Hours are Varied
Compensation: $17.50–$22.17 DOE

What You'll Do as a Human Service Worker

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
