The State of Minnesota is seeking a part-time Human Resources Technician 2 to provide technical HR support to the Perpich Center for Arts Education. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and reporting, working closely with the HR Director to uphold timely and accurate HR services.
Responsibilities emphasize data integrity, compliance, and customer service as you support benefits, leave administration, and other HR programs across the agency.

The Human Resources Technician 2 provides technical HR support to the Perpich Center for Arts Education, including recruitment and onboarding, personnel transactions, HR records and reporting, employee benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and other HR programs. The position works closely with the Human Resources Director to provide accurate, timely, and responsive HR services to employees and managers.
The following qualifications are required of all applicants seeking consideration for this position. Only applicants whose application materials demonstrate fulfillment of each of these minimum qualifications will be considered for the position.
Two (2) years of human resources experience that includes experience in at least three of the following areas:
