Your day-to-day as a Human Resources Technician:

• Maintain and update employee records in both electronic and paper formats
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment screenings
• Support employees and managers with HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, surveys, and team-building activities
• Track time off, absences, and support disability program claims
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and participate in internal audits

Your skills and experience:
