Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a remote student assistant to support HR Business Partners and staff with Workday transactions, delivering accurate service from a California-based home setting.

You will collaborate across departments to meet Business Insights goals, provide timely HR services with a customer-focused approach, and help maintain compliance with California labor laws in a remote-first environment headquartered in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a higher education institution with at least 6 semester units.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• HR or business-related major preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay of $20.00.
• Pro-rated PTO per California law and paid sick leave.
• Remote workspace setup reimbursement and/or stipends.
• Fully remote within California.
• Remote-first philosophy with headquarters in Sacramento.
• Student assistants not eligible for full benefits or CalPERS.
