About the Position: Selected applicant will serve as a Human Resource Specialist for JPEO-CBRND . This position is assigned to the JPEO-CBRND Headquarters located at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The NH-03 pay band encompasses grades 12 and 13 under the General Schedule (GS) system.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Creating Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) to fill critical acquisition vacancies that align with mission priorities; 2) Developing Position Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure organizational structure aligns with strategic defense priorities; 3) Ensuring regulatory compliance with federal hiring guidelines; and 4) Administering programs such as incentive and personnel recognition actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
