In this position you will serve as a senior Human Resources Specialist performing duties of administering a variety of civilian personnel programs for the Civilian Personnel Flight (FSC). Provides a wide range of management advisory services regarding pre-employment, environmental differential pay/hazardous duty pay community outreach, special hiring authorities, Recruitment and Retention, Voluntary Early Retirement Authority, Voluntary Separation Incentive Pay and Reduction in Force. Monitors an assigned segment of the activities as routinely assigned to the immediate office and within the Force Support Squadron (FSS) mission and functional responsibility.
