Responsibilities

• Developing an HR department, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company culture.
• Cooperation with the Holding and rollout of groupwide HR initiatives.
• Create and refine HR policies and procedures along the employee lifecycle (onboarding, recognition, learning & development).
• Ensuring data accuracy in HRIS Workday.
• Manage HR administration and ensure legal compliance.
