Job summary

Bernard Rothfos Intercafé AG is seeking a part-time Human Resources Specialist to build and refine an HR function, ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS Workday and compliant HR administration. The role collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with our international, growing organization and culture.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, proven HR experience, and fluency in German and English.
