Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services in Hanover, PA seeks a part-time Human Resources Specialist to manage payroll and HR tasks across sites. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining records, assisting audits, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Travel to other sites is required occasionally, and weekends/holidays are not expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience with Human Resources Information System preferred.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and pay rate changes.
• Keep detailed documentation of changes and corrections to Payroll or employee files.
• Facilitate Audits by providing records and documentation to the auditors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain employee records.

Pay Rate starts at $16.32 per hour and increases with experience.
