Job summary

London Approach is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a large, multi-location employee population. This role offers ownership of employee-related issues and a visible impact as the organization centralizes HR operations.

The position is Direct-Hire with a Hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and standard hours Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and SHRM/HRCI certification if possible, with 3+ years of HR experience across

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HR experience.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR liaison and trusted resource for employees and managers.
• Support HR requests across operations in approximately 24 states.
• Manage performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee relations matters and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Support HR compliance, regulatory audits, and licensing requirements.
• Process employee changes, transfers, suspensions, and offboarding activity.
• Review new-hire documentation and audit employee data in the HRIS.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and workplace injuries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and open-position reporting.
• Facilitate new-hire welcome meetings and policy education.
