Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking a highly motivated Safety Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
The Safety Manager will develop, implement, and oversee all occupational health, public safety, and environmental compliance programs including but not limited to training managers and team members.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred. Professional credentials such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and possession of an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry card may be considered in lieu of required education.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated occupational health and safety experience, specifically in high-volume hospitality, casino, resort hotel or venue management environments.Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related discipline or equivalent preferred. PHR /SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
