With a BA in Business or Accounting and 3–5 years in cage or banking operations, you will manage a team of 50+ across shifts, ensure accuracy of cash handling, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
Parkwest Bicycle Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Cage Assistant Manager to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience!
The Cage Assistant Manager will execute the highest level of service standards to our appreciated guests by being the face of the casino. This position is the perfect opportunity for a confident, experienced individual with an understanding of the operations of a California card room while providing exemplary hospitality. Assists the Cage Manager in directing all aspects of Cage operations by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinate team members.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business or Accounting plus five years management experience in cage or banking operations. Prior experience in managing a staff of 50 plus in a multi-shift operation highly preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years in cage or banking operations. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Computer literacy in Microsoft a must.
