Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living in Michigan is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across our communities. You will source applicants, prescreen, schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment screenings while partnering with operations to support onboarding.

Responsibilities include coordinating open interviews and job fairs, supporting exits and retention initiatives, and providing HR support to the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR or Recruitment, preferably in Healthcare.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong MS Office experience.
