The candidate will coordinate onboarding, policy updates, and employee engagement while maintaining accurate records and reporting to leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate various human resource programs across the organization

  • Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal and organizational standards
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and executive leadership as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review

Human Resources Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This vital role supports our organization’s commitment to fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment by managing a variety of human resources functions and specialized programs. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication, conflict resolution, and adherence to all relevant regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate various human resource programs across the organization

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in human resources, employee relations, training, or program coordination
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, Paylocity preferred
  • Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution
Requirements
  • An Associate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience, or six (6) years of relevant work experience can be used as a substitute for a degree
  • HR related certification is preferred (e.g., safety/OSHA 10‑hour, human resources/aPHR)
  • Successful completion of Emory Valley Center's internal training (e.g., CPR/FA, etc.)
  • Successful completion of background check covering employment history from age 18 to present
