Human Resources Program Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication, conflict resolution, and adherence to all relevant regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate various human resource programs across the organization
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal and organizational standards
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and executive leadership as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources, employee relations, training, or program coordination
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, Paylocity preferred
- Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution
Requirements
- An Associate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience, or six (6) years of relevant work experience can be used as a substitute for a degree
- HR related certification is preferred (e.g., safety/OSHA 10‑hour, human resources/aPHR)
- Successful completion of Emory Valley Center's internal training (e.g., CPR/FA, etc.)
- Successful completion of background check covering employment history from age 18 to present
