Position Summary

This leadership role involves managing and executing quality assurance for SAP implementations, defining IT policies, and leading a team of QA analysts and testers. The ideal candidate has a strong SAP background, expertise in QA methodologies, testing automation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement QA strategies for SAP projects.
2. Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
3. Manage CI/CD pipelines for testing automation.
4. Oversee manual and automated testing of SAP modules, interfaces, and integrations.
5. Manage defect tracking, resolution, and ensure adherence to QA standards.
6. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
7. Lead regression testing and ensure SAP system stability.
8. Guide and mentor QA team members.
9. Communicate QA status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks like SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP QA experience.
• Knowledge of SAP modules, project management, and IT best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
