The HR Operations Manager for our Proctor, WV manufacturing site is a strategic and operational HR leader, partnering with plant leadership to build organizational capability, strengthen culture, and drive results. This role leads labor and employee relations, ensures compliance, drives safety and risk reduction, oversees workforce planning, develops leaders, and promotes high standards of performance and accountability

Bachelor's degree in HR or related area is preferred
5+ years progressive HR experience
5+ years supervisory experience
5+ years manufacturing and union environment strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development
roven experience coaching leaders, driving workforce strategies, and influencing organizational culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to decisions
