Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide strategic and hands-on HR support across satellite locations in Delaware. You will implement HR activities and policies, ensuring consistent application of company guidelines while partnering with site managers to drive compliance and workforce effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of HR Generalist experience and SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Duties/Activities Required By Job

• Providing key partnership to locations through frequent site visits. Increase employee engagement. Supports the Benefits department - administration of LOA's and compliance with company policy.
• Partnering with managers on constructive counseling and documentation. Conducts audits to ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth transition. Timely administration of new hire benefits.
• Support development strategies and provide guidance on workforce management.
• Promote a culture of safety, encouraging all to follow company protocols.

Educations/Experience Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 - 7 years of HR Generalist experience
• SHRM - CP or PHR
