Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring an HR Manager to build an engaging workplace. You will support talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while partnering with operational leaders to foster an inclusive culture aligned with Levy's standards and business goals.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, investigations, policy adherence, performance development, and HR records management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; proficiency in MS Office; certifications preferred.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs.
• Administer employee relations processes and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Support benefits administration and leave management.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.
• Assist with training and leadership development programs.

Qualifications

• · Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• · Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• · SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
