Job summary

Levy Restaurants in the United States is seeking a Human Resources Manager to help build a winning team behind the team. You will support talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and team member development, partnering with operational leaders to foster an inclusive culture aligned with Levy's standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and hands-on HRIS/applicant tracking experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred

• Partner with operational leaders to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs
• Administer employee relations processes and investigations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
