Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced human resources leader to oversee HR policies, programs and practices. You will steer recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and safety initiatives, with a focus on policy development and implementation.

Position Summary: Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital's human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
