Sodexo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager 3 to support our Healthcare Food Services operations at LVHN–Muhlenberg, in Bethlehem, PA with additional support provided to select nearby sites as needed. This role will be on-site at Muhlenberg, with occasional travel to other local locations including Cedar Crest, Dickson, and Pocono City sites.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Manager 3 will serve as a key partner to site leadership, supporting a complex, unionized workforce in a regulated healthcare environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, partnering closely with operational leaders, and supporting a large frontline workforce in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead onboarding and orientation for frontline team members at Muhlenberg
• Support General Managers and site leaders with HR guidance across assigned locations
• Provide support for employee relations matters, including unionized frontline teams
• Partner with management on training, employee engagement, scheduling, and payroll-related matters
• Ensure compliance with healthcare onboarding and regulatory requirements (DOH, Joint Commission, long-term care standards, etc.)
• Serve as an HR resource for a large, multi-site account supporting approximately 550 employees, including 150 frontline team members
