Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role within a healthcare or similar complex environment is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and strategic planning skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and best practices in human resource management. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are advantageous.
