Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-8 years of HR management experience with supervisory responsibilities in healthcare.
• Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA and EEO regulations.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, training & development, onboarding and performance management.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday; familiarity with HRIS data analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Oversee all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment through effective conflict management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws and EEO standards.
• Lead performance management programmes by setting evaluation criteria and supporting development.
• Administer benefits programs such as payroll, workers' compensation, FMLA leave management and benefits administration while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supervise HR teams responsible for HRIS systems like Workday, ICIMS or similar platforms for data collection and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and HR legal compliance through policy updates and training.
• Drive HR process improvements using analytics to inform decision-making.
• Respond to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence and employment verifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and EEO regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, training & development, employee orientation, and performance management strategies.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday; familiarity with HRIS data analysis tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strategic thinker with strong organisational skills capable of leading change management initiatives within complex healthcare setting.
