• 4. Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis.
• 5. Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred.
• 6. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required.
• 7. Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,264.00 to $160,364.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
