The Human Resources Manager in North America executes HR strategies to meet business targets through people management. This role supports a diverse workforce including salaried, hourly, and temporary employees, ensuring responsibilities are performed safely, accurately, and timely, adhering to policies and standards. Regular attendance is mandatory.
Reporting to the Site Director, the manager collaborates with the Southaven management team to drive operational, logistics, and HR excellence using metrics.
Includes sitting, walking, lifting, exposure to varying temperatures, and travel. Accommodations available per ADA.
