We are looking for a skilled and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, takes initiative, and is eager to contribute to shaping a positive workplace culture.

As our Human Resources Specialist, you will oversee the recruitment process from job postings through onboarding, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies. You will coordinate training and development initiatives, serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and performance management, and support management in developing organizational policies and strategies. Additionally, you will lead our diversity and inclusion efforts, help administer payroll and benefits, and assist with planning team-building activities and company events.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of HR experience. Experience in the media, entertainment, or startup space is a plus. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR or Gusto is highly desirable.
