Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources leader to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. The role involves providing leadership coaching, managing talent acquisition and workforce planning, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring legal compliance across our operations.

Job Description:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Provide leadership coaching and consultation to managers, supervisors, and professional employees.
  • Develop, maintain, and deploy talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and talent pipeline.
  • Handle performance management, recruitment strategies, and workforce readiness analysis.
  • Communicate corporate objectives effectively to employees, emphasizing their roles in achieving company goals.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead corporate initiatives related to talent acquisition, talent management, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring federal and state resource requirements, conducting training, investigations, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multiple business lines in a corporate setting.
  • Skills in employee relations, talent management, leadership development, change management, and data analytics.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with financial objectives.
  • Experience working closely with various functional areas to support business goals.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications and Workday experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to management.
Compensation:

Estimated base pay ranges from $107,640 to $151,525, influenced by education, experience, skills, and other factors.
