Partnering closely with directors, managers, and staff, this individual will serve as a trusted HR advisor across recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation support, training and development, HR policy administration, and HRIS initiatives. Responsibilities include managing full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding, advising on employee relations and performance matters, coaching managers, supporting annual reviews and compensation processes, coordinating training initiatives, assisting with HRIS enhancements, and ensuring compliance with firm policies, employment laws, and information security protocols.
