Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in New York is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support the opening and ongoing operations of three restaurant concepts in New York.

Working closely with the HR Director and restaurant leadership, you’ll help build great teams, manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR administration. This on-site role requires a hands-on communicator who can handle employee relations, payroll coordination and NY employment rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within hospitality or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A practical, approachable style with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of New York employment laws and HR best practices.
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings and weekends during opening periods.
