We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR for our high-volume, 24/7 food and beverage manufacturing operation in Lathrop, California.
This isn’t an HR role where you’ll be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be the primary HR leader for the facility, partnering directly with plant leadership and the corporate HR team to shape the employee experience, strengthen the organization, develop leaders, and help the operation perform at its best.
Not local to the area? This is why you should consider Lathrop:
Located at the crossroads of I-5, I-205 and Highway 120, Lathrop is one of Northern California's fastest-growing communities, offering convenient access to Tracy, Manteca, Stockton and the greater East Bay. The area combines rapidly expanding residential communities, new schools, parks and waterfront recreation with a more attainable cost of living than much of the Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
Because this is a 24/7 manufacturing operation, you'll also need the flexibility to occasionally support employees and leaders outside traditional business hours.
