Job summary

XB Consultants is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR for the corporate and LATAM HQ, based in Miami. The role requires strategic partnering with senior leaders, overseeing payroll and HR operations, and delivering world-class HR solutions across LATAM and corporate teams.

Ideal candidate has 6–8 years of HR management, knowledge of social security, pensions, contracts, and fluent English; Spanish is a plus. A degree is required, with a Masters regarded as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years HR management experience in a dynamic global environment.
• Experience leading HR for LATAM populations and delivering world-class service.
• Knowledge of HR, social security, pensions, contracts, and related areas.
• Excellent business partnering with senior management and mentoring/coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for corporate and LATAM HQ from Miami, driving global HR provision.
• Design and implement HR operations, L&D, OD, engagement, and change initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor and business enabler.
• Oversee payroll, admin, and HR related processes to support business.
• Drive transformation and HR projects across the LATAM and corporate teams.

Our client is a leading global medical device and consumer goods group with offices and staff worldwide. We are searching for a HR Manager to be responsible for both corporate and LATAM HQ based from Miami.

Responsibilities Include:

• Strong HR Manager to drive HR for the corporate business population across LATAM
• Designing and implementing a world class HR provision including: Business Partnering; HR Operations; L&D; OD; Engagement; HR projects / Change; Talent...
• Key part of the LATAM HR leadership team
• Business partner to senior leaders
• Manage the corporate HR department including payroll, admin, reception etc
• Leading many projects in particularly transformation, change, systems, processesReporting to the Head HR LATAM & Corporate

Candidate Requirements:

• Educated to degree standard or equivalent, Masters degree or professional qualification an advantage
• At least 6-8 years HR management experience in a dynamic global environment
• Experience leading HR for populations across LATAM and providing a world class people service to the business
• Good experience and knowledge of HR, Social security, Pensions, Contracts etc
• Excellent business partnering skills and ability to work with senior management - coaching, advising and becoming a trusted advisor
• Fluent English essential, Spanish an advantage
