The HR Manager serves as a strategic and hands-on partner supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and retention. This role works closely with business leaders to implement people strategies, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and organizational change.
- Coach managers on goal setting, employee development, performance improvement, and documentation practices.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and deliver employee and leadership development programs.
- Support succession planning, career development, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain HR systems, reporting, and employee documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally to support compensation, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and policies.
- Support special projects and strategic people initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and manager coaching.
- Experience designing and delivering training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience utilizing HRIS, recruiting platforms, and HR analytics.
