Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex HR and policy issues clearly to a variety of audiences, excellent organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MAGIC EC, SPAHRS, and NEOGOV applicant tracking and onboarding system. Professional and courteous attitude, ability to prioritize and manage time with little supervision. High standard of ethics, deadline driven.
