Job summary

That's Good HR, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an experienced HR leader to own and scale our people function. This hands-on role blends strategic HR with day-to-day execution in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

You will lead recruiting and onboarding, support employee relations and managers, oversee benefits and payroll-related needs, and help shape policies. You’ll also drive training and development to support rapid hiring growth.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 to 15 years of HR experience.
• Experience in a small to mid-sized privately held company preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• HRIS experience required.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Comfortable handling both strategic and day-to-day HR responsibilities.
